I was told to post my idea here. It’s probably possible technically but not so easy to implement.
Imagine each citizen’s wallet is airdropped with one coin, let’s say it’s called VOTE.
Referendums could be made easily without costing millions, the same with elections, and bills could be voted like SIPs 
Politicians could be delagates, which could lose mandate almost instantly when they act against people’s will, so in theory there would be no need for election every 4-5years.
Sounds crazy? They could start with some small town council…
